Add-a-line rewards points no show

Last night I added a new line to my account and wanted to take advantage of 10k rewards points this month. But there shows no any such rewards points in my account.

I chatted with several CSR online and they couldn't give any reasons or solutions... Seems this problem have been reported many times over the years on many forums. Who can give a short answer/solution without bothering me to spend hours and hours to chat or call.

I have the same problem, yesterday activated and added a line to my account but only shows 20 points pending, not 10K as advertised.
