Forced upgrade and no coverage

Tracfone is not senior friendly! Since we were forced to upgrade, the 4G phones
require more keystrokes for any function than the 3g phones. Texting is at half speed.
You automatically loose roaming and don’t even have Wi-Fi calling either, which makes the phone almost useless (Hershey bar effect), pay more get less. Two different send keys, one text, one phone and so much more. They had plenty of time with software to make these phones comparable to your old one. Most seniors hate change and these upgrades are going to get them very angry. Truth is Tracfone doesn’t care about seniors who were there loyal long time customers. Forcing a consumer to change phones because of there upgrade and having to purchase a new one from Tracfone makes the company another corporate America thief, who’s owner lives in Mexico. The LG classic flip phone and Alcatel my flip phone is an abortion and so is Tracfone. These phones have a bad user interface was quickly thrown together and you will hate it. Best advice is to find another cell phone provider and ditch Tracfone.

In answer to the phones comments to my original comments.
If Tracfone wants to appear honest and appreciative of its older
loyal consumers, it must immediately redesign this defective LG classic flip
phone and issue new ones at no cost. We have three of these phones
and all have the same problems. Also these phones have a nasty
habit of losing texts and contacts in the contact list. All this plus the
loss of roaming. These are no small issues, “there’re huge!” Make them
operate as the older 3g phones. Again these issues pertain to Tracfones
flip phones.
