I'm new and close to completing the activation process but I got snagged on 2 questions. First was asking me to pick my current service provider w/ 2 boxes. One was wireless the other one was LANDLINE. I CHOSE WIRELESS. IT ASKED FOR MY ZIP CODE. THAT SNAGGED ME BECAUSE I DONT CURRENTLY HAVE A SERVICE PROVIDER. I USE THE TEXTNOW APP BUT I DIDNT SEE THAT IN THE LIST OF PROVIDERS. WHY ISNT THERE AN OPTION FOR NEW CUSTOMERS WHO DONT HAVE A SP? Next what was to give current device account information. What account? My devise is an old T-Mobile phone I had service in the past with but it's no longer on that or any plan so what do I do for an account number entry there? I hope the answers not to give my old tmobile account number, I have no idea of it now.please help,I'm so frustrated right now.
