I am having a similar problem. I attempted to transfer my old phone number to a new phone, tracfone to tracfone, and the number never transferred. My old phone still shows the telephone number and the new one says unknown. I went to enter the IMEI number again and got "Your device is already enrolled in the Auto-Refill program. If you would like to change your plan, please log in to My Account". I have never enrolled in the auto-refill program. I cannot use either phone now and customer service told me to call the number... When I do not have a working phone.
