New phone needed?

I received an sms from Tracphone saying I should upgrade to a new phone by the end of the year.
I assume that is December, but I am planning to buy a new one sooner (next month).
I have one simple question - can I keep my existing monthly plan (50 minute value plan) which
I've had for years. Love this plan, but do not see it listed.
CANNOT call and speak to a rep - could not be understood if I did.
