Thanks for the advice. I bought the phone and everything transferred as planned. However, I cannot access the internet no matter what I try. The phone works fine for calling, but nothing on the web will load. I can't install the my account app, nor can I log in to email, my password manager, the play store, etc.
I did not purchase any plan card because I have a large balance of minutes, text, data from the other phone. Could this be my problem?
