Samsung. .can't receive or send text

I ordered the galaxy J2 prime. I'm also with safelink and I had all my benefits transferred to the phone. The first couple of days I was able to send and receive messages now I'm not able to do either and it's been 4 days. What can fix that

I received a Verizon iPhone 5s as a gift. I got it activated with Tracfone. Then days later right in the middle of texting, I start receiving "Insufficient Funds for message delivery". I can only send imessages to fellow iPhone users, but I cannot send text messages to anybody else. Its frustrating!!! I can't call *22890 or any other variations of it ("This number is not allowed"). The tech support supervisor could not help me, unfortunately. Her only solution was to call back in 24-48 hours. This is horrible for me. My unlimited text became no text at all!

I also can not receive phone calls. I just completed a total reset and have started from scratch setting the phone up. ( Galaxy ) I can call out.
