I'm a triple minute for life I'm being told by Tracfone that my service will be shut off around the first of Feb. today is the 21st of Jan. I have 51 days & 4,222.68 mins left on my plan I called customer service they told me the free phones are out of stock they didn't say when they could replace my phone but I feel 51 days gives them plenty of time to get me a phone if my service is shut off before 51 days they will be hearing from BBB & my attorney the can't treat their customers like this. I know I'm not alone because of their track record. I hope no one else let's them push them around also

I called Tracfone they said the free phones are on back order & more or less I'm SOL they have 50 days to replace my phone but they are saying I need to do something by the first of Feb. they need to straighten up there mess before my service ends. I'm going to go online to tracfone reviews & complaints if they don't get this mess straightened out
