I cannot make an international call, after the destination phone number is entered the operator says "for security purposes please enter your pin"

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

There has recently been fraudulent activity involving international calling to multiple destinations worldwide and for your protection, we are updating the International Calling process. From now on, you just have to enter an access code that will be sent to your mobile phone via text message to enable calls to the destination you are trying to reach.
For your convenience, the validation process will start as soon as you dial to the destination desired. Just follow these simple steps:

After you hear the notification during your call, please press 1
Enter the access code that will be sent to you via text message while you’re on the call
Return to your keypad to enter the access code, then you will be connected to the destination you are calling

The only notification during the call is to enter your pin, no text message is ever sent
