I am now having the same issue with the Basic International calling. It tells me I have insufficient funds when the country I'm calling is included in the BASIC list (48). This used to work but now no longer works. I need this part of the service I pay for to work again. Any help is appreciated.

Good luck with ILD .. it is now a joke.

I had Basic International initially, then it stopped working. They then told me, numerous agents that I needed an international card. When you point out their own website and that what they are saying contradicts their own site .. it falls on deaf ears or you become disconnected.

I broke down and bought the Global Calling card .. it worked for a bit and now ... IT DOESN'T. You are directed to chat. I am then told to call ... I told them I don't have a second phone, I don't. No problem, this cat person can help. After an hour he says, you have to call us??? The whole outfit has become a freaking joke. They are making claims, reeling people in and then f..king you.
