I became aware of the same problem in June 2019. It still has not been fixed. Please help.

I'm glad to know that others are having the same problem with Basic International Long Distance, but what is the resolution? The online chat and phone service keep telling me I need to buy a $10 ILD card which I have never needed before. So what happened?

I appear to be having the same problem. I used to be able to place international calls on the Tracfone International App, but now I get the "you have insufficient funds to proceed with this call" message. The same happens when I dial 305‑938‑5673 or 1‑800‑706‑3839.
