I'm a tracfone customer for many years. Never had roaming show on my phone until lately now i noticed my zip code is INCORRECT (not my home zip code), contacted tracfone they transferred me to port department and port department said i would have to change my number to change my zip code to the correct zip code. two questions 1) how it got changed from my home zip code to the incorrect one and 2) why do i have to lose my number to switch it?
