Tell me why no service to call or receive calls but drive 3 miles down the road perfect service living same plac for 4+ years would say phone but it's2 phones with the

Tracfone Jude: I cannot activate my new Samsung Galaxy A10e to my Tracfone account. It refuses to connect with the right network. I have been a Tracfone user for 15 years and have not had problems updating my use when a new phone was purchased. Tracfone tech persons have not been able to accomplish this task. I was supposed to be connected to a more capable group but it did not happen. I would prefer to either go to a real person who could complete this job or at least have the printed response team instead of the telephone people who seem to have poor connections. Any suggestions?
