Activation Problem - Porting number from Verizon

On September 5th, I started the transfer process of moving my Verizon number to my new Tracfone. It is now the 9th and it is still not been switched. I've tried numerous attempts, called the 1-800 number (pretty useless) and am now stuck.

How can I talk to a live person to get this resolved?

Activation Problem - Having trouble porting number from ATT

Hello!

I contacted ATT on 09/21 to have my number ported to Tracfone. They sent me a text, to confirm if I have sent the request. I confirmed it and ATT sent a text saying the new provider (Tracfone) should send in another request.

I have tried calling Tracfone and could not get a live person. I used the live chat but the representative says they could only help sales questions. I tried calling Tracfone again and the automated system says my number isn't in the system.

I already purchased a plan with this phone number.

What do I need to do next?
