OK, I'm an existing Tracfone customer who had just ported-in a number from a VOIP (consider it a landline) provider. This changed my TF number. However, my service end date was set to today (12/2), which I had corrected by calling customer service.
But my airtime balance is still incorrect. It currently shows 0.15 MB of data & just under 500, each, of texts & minutes. Yet, before the number change, I had around 2.2 GB of data, around 2,200 texts & 1,500 minutes (a yearly card had been added to the account).
Now, I was having a hard time communicating w/ the service rep. She kept on stating that she couldn't understand, "some of the words I said/sent." So, I had to keep repeating myself. But, finally, she changed the service-end date to 5/8/2021 (which is correct) & said something about having to wait for the, "system to update." I had asked her to checked under my old number, but I think she said that she was unable to. So, just wondering if I can get my missing balance back.
