My Total Wireless SIM was transferred to TracFone, now stuck

I successfully transferred my Total Wireless SIM card to TracFone, but during the activation, the system rejected my ZIP code. I know that code is right, it's been the same as long as I've known it. After trying different nearby ZIP codes, I was disconnected, but didnt hear what the operator said. I called back, confirmed that my phone worked (by IMEI number), and seemed to be finally getting somehwere when I was suddenly disconnected (my phone said "call failed" so I don't think they did it on purpose). I've tried going through activation service on the website, but when I arrived at "Got service with TracFone? Enter your phone number below," I entered it, and pressed contunue. But nothing happened. Not even an error message.
