No data acess either

No data acess either

Hello, for the last two days, haven't had any data, internet or email. I have thousands of megabytes
paid for, have shut the phone completely off and on, went to another place where I had full bars
(usually have two), but nothing has helped. Phone is an Alcatel pixie glitz, everything else works fine,
no other problems with that, so what happened?

The APN was TRACFONE.VZWENTP they changed it to TRACFONE.VZWINTERNET, the formatting change so the TRACFONE became a prefilled menu title, now APN is now just VZWINTERNET, instead of TRACFONE.VZWINTERNET, it's just (VZWINTERNET).
