Could not activate cellular data network message

Could not activate celllar data network message when trying to access web or email.
Phone and text working.

Cellular setting on my iPhone 5s is showing set to on.

Hi, same problem here. My iPhone 5s with Tracfone had no issue with Cellular Data the first 6 months I was using it, then it suddenly stopped working after I added minutes ($25 Smartphone Plan) a few days ago. Phone and WiFi work fine, just not the Cellular Data. Any idea on how to fix? Thanks!

Added airtime to my phone today through the Tracfone website. Now, once again I have cannot access cellular data error messages and apps that do not work unless I'm connected to wifi

Just switched phones. Everything transferred over fine, and texting and calling is no problem. However on my new LG fiesta I can't get my data to work. I tried restoring the APN to default settings and still no luck. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
