Same problem here.
Switched to tracfone two days ago, data still doesn't work. Have called technical support several times and they either hang up on me, transfer to another department, say to wait 15 minutes, another said to wait 2 hours.
Nothing.
How are you all fixing this issue? Who can I call to get this resolved?
