Cannot use cellular data network on IPhone 5s

Since I purchased my iPhone 5s last November I can make calls and text and can use internet on wifi but cannot use cellular data, no text or Internet recieve error message "Could not activate cellular data network"Turn on cellular data or use Wi-Fi to access data. Please help ! I'm having the same issue again, which started on or around the 1st of Noverber 2017 any help would be appreciated.

I am having exactly the same problem, except it's on an LG Android phone. I can make and receive calls. I can send and receive texts. I can access the Internet via my wi-fi network. But I can not get online via TracFone's cellular data network.

This is true at home where I have a moderately weak signal, but it's true everywhere I've tried, including places with good signals.

This seems to be a very common problem, but the solution is never posted anywhere online. Very frustrating. I hope one of you TracFone reps monitoring this thread can help me. But even better if TF would just post the solution where everybody can see it and take care of the problem themselves.

I am also having this problem. I didn't have the problem when I originally got my iPhone5S but after running out of data and refilling it (it shows 1GB) I have been unable to use data.

I am also experiencing this problem, have not been able to connect to data services after getting back from a trip to Canada.
