No Mobile Data connection - APN does not work

Converted my old phone yesterday to a Essential PH1 with BYOP and everything works fine except connecting to mobile data for internet service. I have try several times to updating the APN several times with Tracfone and it has not worked. Any help in resolving this issue would be appreciated.

I've been having the same issue with an LG Rebel 4. I've talked to support multiple times, and tried the same things: reset the phone, reset data connection, then reset APN settings. They try to make sure I have LTE turned on but are telling me to look for setting options that are not even there. I know I have data, this should be working, and it's frustrating I want to re-up my plan and add some more minutes but don't want to spend more money on this if it won't even work given I can't even use the data I already payed for. Let me know if you find any solution.

I also have a Rebel 4 and I have the same problem. Since I got it I can't access my data and I've tried everything! I know I still have data because I even purchased more to see if I would get any results but nothing
