Lose connection to network

I have two SAMSUNG GALAXY A51 phones. One works fine. One started to fail when calling with a message like "Your phone is not registered on a network, so you can only make emergency calls". I have to restart my phone to get it to work. This happens all the time. PLEASE HELP, Thanks.

TracFone Support seems to have gone into the witness protection system.
