Activating New Phone

Activating New Phone

Have a new phone and trying to activate while porting from old Tracfone. It has been 12 hours or more since the process was started. Have called Tracfone support but getting nowhere with them. The automated system says that the activation is in process and then they hang up on me.
Thank you for any help you can provide.

As an update. The old phone no longer connects to the Tracfone network and the new phone also does not connect.
