old to new phone

old to new phone

I already have an older trac phone that is activated and set up on a automatic withdraw payment. I have a newer trac phone that s activated. I want to stop the auto payment from my old and connect it with the new. How do I do it

Just as a note: I had nothing but trouble transferring my existing BYOP TracFone account when I purchsed a new cellphone. What a nightmare.
