Hello,
I am receiving an error when trying to activate new ZTE Blade T2 device. (I unboxed the device today.) Therefore, I am unable to create a new account and activate a new phone.
I have searched this forum for this problem and I do see where others have reported the same issue, but the resolution seem to be sent to individuals instead of globally.
Error: Your device is already enrolled in the Auto-Refill program. If you would like to change your plan, please log in to My Account
Steps:
1. Accessed https://www.tracfone.com/
2. Closed pop up.
3. Clicked "Activate" at the top of screen, taken to URL https://www.tracfone.com/activation/selectdevice
4. Clicked Continue button for "I HAVE A TRACFONE PHONE" option, taken to URL https://www.tracfone.com/activation/tracfonecollectinfo
5. Entered the Serial Number listed from the Tracfone START HERE packet (I will provide, if needed.)
6. Checked the checkbox to accept the Terms & Conditions
7. Clicked Continue button
8. On URL https://www.tracfone.com/activation/tracfonecollectinfo, received the error above
