2G replacement

2G replacement

My account says I'm elligible for replacements on my 2G phones. The link provided for requesting a replacement does not work. So I used online chat, and received a promise that my phone was on the way in 7-10 days (it's been more), and was given a ticket number. How can I use my ticket number to track the shipment?
