2G replacement, tracking & model

I wasn't given any 'options', nor sent any migration/upgrade information, I simply got the notice on the phone today... not real pleased about that.

So I just got off the phone with a representative who was difficult to understand and who had minimal information. I have a ticket #. I would like to track the shipment and also learn what model is being shipped.

Can anyone here help?
