Hi, I am a current subscriber and would like to upgrade my phone which requires you buy a plan. Since I have remaining time and minutes,etc. on my current plan, how does the 30 day plan work with it? After 30 days, will I be able to revert to my current plan, if so, will any remaining data on the 30 day plan rollover to my old plan? I have a BYOP iPhone 6s, and want to buy the iPhone XR, will I need a new SIM card? Thanks

Hi mlshep. My name is TracFone Jude. You don't need to add the new plan when you activate the phone. You can still use the remaining minutes you have on the phone. We will need to check if a new SIM card is required when you transfer to a new phone. To further assist you, please check your forum inbox for a message.
