Did not get double minutes

I purchased an LG 237C that was supposed to have double minutes for life. I added 60 minutes of airtime last night and selected auto refill, and instead of the 120 minutes I usually get I only got 60. I've noticed some other posters on this forum are experiencing the same problems. Where are our double minutes?

Got a message saying to log into chat. Tried chat at least four times today, but I keep getting a "cleanseHTML" fail error. I don't have a case number. Please advise what I should do next!

I see this is the problem area for Double Minutes For Life, I first experienced this 3 month's back I notice on the text I received date I only received 60 minutes plus 20 extra minutes from promotion code. Just yesterday I add another 60 min card and only received 60 minutes. Did you do away with DMFL , or is this a problem with the cheaper phones, I've had this phone for about 5 years now and this is the first time I've had any problems.

My husband's phone is "double minutes for life". I just added the 365 days and 400 minutes. This was a special and also included 650 bonus minutes. I only received the 1050 minutes. I DID NOT receive double minutes. Please add my double minutes. Thanks!
