Been a TracFone customer since 2006. Still using original Kyocera cell phone. Have accumulated 3000 minutes. Several years now, when I have to add time - 365 days to keep phone plan activated every year, TracFone deny's my original contracted plans for doubled minutes. They also deleted this information on my online TracFone account. I have kept all receipts, should I seek legal action or did I over look fine print in the contract, that they can do this to customers after so much time.?
