ACP/Lifeline 3 questions

--- Can I keep my existing TracFone phone and just add ACP and/or Lifeline to it?
--- Does either discount apply to 30-day airtime periods I already bought and added to my phone but haven't begun using?
--- I have two TracFone phones with airtime. I assume I can have ACP or Lifeline on only one. Can I still keep the other phone with non-discounted airtime?
Please answer on this forum or by adding to the FAQs for ACP and/or Lifeline.
