Hi,
I upgraded my phone plan earlier this week and was charged right away. However,I was charged today for my old plan as well.
Can someone please look into this and issue a refund?

Hello,
I have a similar situation. My daughter's $30/4G plan ran out of data, so I switched to the $40/8G plan on 8/25/23 and was charged $43.16. On 8/30/23, I was charged $32.44 for the $30/4G plan. I am wondering why I was charged again for the previous plan. Thanks!
