Tryed to buy airtime for two days now...

Dear Tracfone, it's NOT a credit card, it's a debit card, and it has way more money in it than I would need to buy that airtime AND a new phone.... I don't know what your problem is but I am sick of this crap... this is my one payment method and I don't need to "call my bank to address the issue" as the ISSUE IS YOURS.... we'll just let the time run out and I'll go to another cell phone retailer... your service, your support for a long-time customer SUCKS!!
