Re-activating My Tracfone

Sorry, I've been trying to reactivate/add minutes to my tracfone for a couple months now, and I've constantly gotten 'process couldn't be completed at this time' errors. Not only that but then I'm told to CALL? How do I call without minutes??? Can I please get a response to this? I've needed my phone to work for travel and work and I'm actually at my wits end trying to figure out different ways to work around this!
