My old card set to expire, added my new card to the tp website. Got an email my card was declined. Tried to call tracphone, could not get a person. PLEASE help.

Apparently the old card has expired but before it did, entered the new card # into the tp website as
the new payment method, but got a text saying that if I was not cancelling, I should click the link
(which was a tp phone #), I did, and tried calling FOR THE THIRD TIME but could not get to a live
person. What do I do to NOT cancel, but to have tracphone bill my new card?

OK, just called tp for the FOURTH time, got a person, tried to get my new cc# billed, but there was
some problem (static). SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!
