The link simply sends me to the Tracfone site where I could have another unhelpful chat online. The other day I chatted with 'Jenny' there, who was nice, but unable to help after having me reboot the phone, turn mobile data on/off.
Jenny was to have another sort of customer rep call me, since the wait time to transfer me to a different type of rep was too long. However, no rep has called me back. So there is no change from March 14th.
Without any kind of problem tracking, customers have to do the same useless and simple things over & over, then wait for a phone call that never comes.
I don't know why anything has to be sent in a PM. The Tracfone website chat is public knowledge.
