Cannot cancel auto-refill

There is no option on your website to cancel auto refills... How are we to manage refills if we cannot cancel them?
No explanation on this forum on how-to cancel it either.

You should be able to cancel the Auto-Refill on your TracFone My Account. You will need to access your My Account and open the "Menu" option and select "Payments". Click on the "Auto-Refill" box and select "Cancel". You will need to confirm your cancellation and save afterwards. We can also check on it for you. I'm not sure what website you are looking at, but there is no Cancel in the Auto-Refill Settings area.. Nor can I delete the card that I have listed.
In other words, your website is very lacking in design.

I have the same issue. No option to cancel in the payment section of auto refill. Only can change credit card. Do I need to call?

I would like to change my plan I have on auto refill to a different one. I don't see anywhere I can cancel my current plan and select another one.
