Yesterday, Jan 4, 2021, I activated a new 60 min/90 day plan on my Tracfone that I have been using for almost a year without problems. I received an automated response that the transaction was accepted and I needed to turn the phone off and then on. I followed the instructions as I had done numerous times in the past, but it is now over 24 hours and the Tracfone has NOT yet been reactivated. What's the deal? HELP! The automated customer service just goes round and round in a loop without solving my problem.
