voice minutes scam

I've noticed that when buying airtime from your account that on the smartphone you can buy the 1000 texts for $5.00 and 500 voice minutes for $10.00. While on the flip phone which is really a modified smartphone, you cannot buy the 1000 text card and can only get 300 voice minutes for the same $10.00, BOTH phones use the same billing system. Also you just cannot go into the store and get the voice only cards like you can for text and data. Sounds like Tracfone is trying to extract extra money from the flip phone users since they don't use the phones much for data applications and force people to the smartphone.
