Lost minutes/data/sms

I had a balance of about 750mb/300 texts/200 min when my sim card died. I lost those minutes/data/texts when it died. When they got my phone working again (only lasted 12 hours) all were at zero so i bought 1000/1000/300 and when phone died again balances went to zero again.I got it working again with a new sim card. CSR refused to restore the 750/300/200. If they don't fix it I am asking bank for a chargeback.

I already went to the chat and he refused to restore credits after the guy the night before said that the credits were being restored.
