Missing half of the data I purchased

Howdy!

I bought some data (data only, no minutes or texts) from the tracfone.com site a short while ago (within the past hour). Tracfone did charge me the price I was expecting to pay but I only received half of the data I bought. I'd like to find out how I can get the missing data added or get a refund for the cost of that missing data.

Disregard. I was able to get the help I needed from your website.
