Transaction went through but minutes not added.

I made an airtime purchase online a few days ago. It went through and was taken from my bank account. It also shows up on the transaction page. However the minutes did not show up on the phone nor on the main account page showing the phone and its due date etc. I have a transaction ID from the transaction page if you need it. Thanks.
