Trying to add a 365 day add-on to my phone and it won't add to my order when I'm at the order summary page.

FYI, for those of you having the problem of adding 365 days of service for $49.99 to your order...
After an online chat with support, I ended up having to call in for help. They had to complete the order through their system. It only took about 5 minutes, but it's a hassle having to do it that way.

I'm also unable to add the 365 days of service (no minutes) for $50. I've chatted online and spoken to customer service and they are saying its no longer available? Is this true?
