I am having the same issue with it saying turn phone off and then on but it will not work. Says 0 days service but I bought some and they did not go on phone.

I need help with a transaction that won't go through. I'm thinking one cause that might make this happen is because I turned on the auto-transactions to get minutes when I'm getting low. Are the tracfone staff working on fixing the "pending transaction" issue?
