Pending transaction will not complete

So i came here to reup my phone like Ive allways have been.. Notice the website has been changed... Found the aircard i wanted threw site..Purchased it.. Says success.. Then nothing.. Usually my phone would update after about 1- 2 mins after turning it off and back on again. But now it will not update and just keeps saying "This device currently has a pending transaction. To complete the transaction, please turn your device OFF and back ON. Then, wait a few minutes." on website on my account.

Please help me. I need this phone on

I am also having the same issue. Reactivated an old Tracfone LG220C getting a new phone number to use as an emergency backup. Purchased 30 minutes online. When looking at my account online it shows there is a pending transaction. Followed the instructions and turned the phone off and back on. Getting a 'system unavailable, try later' message on the phone. It has been over 24 hours since I reactivated the phone. Any help would be appreciated.

After working with Angel I was able to get my phone updated correctly. However my online account still shows a pending transaction and to turn the phone off and back on which has been done many times. Spoke with another rep and they said to wait at least an hour before checking the online account again. Waited overnight and it still shows a pending transaction for my device. Any help would be appreciated in getting this resolved.

Hi, I have an LG220 and I have the same problem, a message saying there is a Pending Transaction, but it will not complete, despite following instructions to turn my phone off and on and waiting a while. Tried that repeatedly over days. Can't buy more airtime. Also there seems to be some kind of problem with registering my device. It's been registered for years but the new site may not have imported the info correctly. Some Tracfone pages don't show it and others do. Very confused. I tried connecting with Chat but they are overloaded. Please help.

Hi Tracfone Katie, I followed the instructions in your PM and was able to fix the problem. I really appreciate your help, because when I tried to contact Chat previously, there was a huge wait time, but your help enabled me to get the problem fixed in a prompt manner.
