I bought 60 min card, Added via my account app, voice mins did not add so I called Customer service, We discussed issue, it ended with him stating it would be added to wait an hour, then good portion of my purchased data and voice mins were removed, so I lost the mins from airtime card plus some. Called support again, said they had no proof of my airtime and data, But I have proof but they don't care. Why is it my fault their system isn't accurate with my correct amount?
