Same problem. Pending transaction will not resolve. My credit card was charged but I got no service. Please fix it now.

I've had this same problem. Says it would need 5 minutes and that I would need to turn off my phone and turn it back on and it still hasn't worked. Talked to a rep last night through the chat and he said he was going to push an update and then he did nothing at all.

Pending transaction will not complete

Activated my new simcard and the phone seems to be working fine. But my account says no active phones and states the activation is still in progress. But that was over 24hrs ago. 611611 reports "service is unavailable" when I asked for balance and i found texting due date still reports my original service end date (which is in 1 week). So i need this resolved quickly before I lose service!

I tried to call but your phone system hangs up on me stating "transfer still in progress" and i don't see how to send an email or chat so had to fall back to here. Please help!

Activation still open after 24hrs

I apologize if this is a duplicate post; and I know you have to approve it but I can't find any evidence my prior post got sent so am trying again.

Activated a one year sim card and the phone started working shortly thereafter. Everything with the phone itself seems good, the problem is with the account. My account shows it deactivated the old sim but the new activation is still in progress and says I have no active phones. This was over 24hrs ago. Tried to lookup the order# but it says it can't find that order. It says I have no phones on the account (yet the phone is working). This problem won't let me submit a support request NOR will your phone system allow me to call (it hangs up saying in progress). I have tried texting usage (to get service date) but it keeps saying system is unavailable. I found i could text due date and that reports my old service end date next week. So i need this fixed quickly before i lose service please! I could not find any email or chat support so had to use this forum which worked for me years ago.
