Reactivating an old phone

Hi --

I have an old ZTE phone that I would like to reactivate. When I followed the prompts online, it accepted my SIM number, and then asked me for my account information. This phone has not been used in two years, and I have no idea about any account info.

Where do I go from here?

I purchased a SIM card and minutes to activate an old ZTE tracfone and when I inserted the new SIM card it says no SIM card - emergency calls only. I already entered the minutes so I'm worried I will loose those in trying another SIM card. What do I do?

Hi we have two phones that we had for our son. One is an LG flip tracfone and the other is an Alcatel tracfone. We purchased minutes to refill the account (so we thought), but it is not allowing us to activate as it tells us: "There are no devices in our system with the information you provided. Please review the information and try again."

How do we get this done? I have spent way too much time trying to figure this out, please advise!

I am trying to reactivate an LG440G. When I try to do so I get the message:
There are no devices in our system with the information you provided. Please review the information and try again.

Is this phone still supported?
If so, how should I proceed?

I'm having this same problem too: "There are no devices in our system with the information you provided. Please review the information and try again."

I'm not mistyping the IMEI - how does this get fixed?
