I also am experiencing this problem. I am supposed to receive my minutes through SafeLink (LifeLine). I hit a wrong button and have had this attempt pending for several months. Luckily I had an abundance of minutes so no problem there. I have recently purchased an iPhone SE (2016) and want to migrate my account and keep my same phone number. All of the support I can find is strictly automated and of no help. How can I fix this problem?? Fran

I'm having the same issue would love to know how to fix it without having to go through the forum. But here I am so I'm waiting on the solution.

I am trying to just get into my account and am getting this message. I did what it said. Turn off and back on and wait. I have waited most of the day and the message is still there.

I am having the same problem. I need to get into my account settings. I am getting the same message in the subject line. It's been over 24 hours and it has not resolved.
