I also am experiencing this problem. I am supposed to receive my minutes through SafeLink (LifeLine). I hit a wrong button and have had this attempt pending for several months. Luckily I had an abundance of minutes so no problem there. I have recently purchased an iPhone SE (2016) and want to migrate my account and keep my same phone number. All of the support I can find is strictly automated and of no help. How can I fix this problem?? Fran
